Vertical self-promo style for motion designers, studios and feature tours. A fixed "I CAN" header sits top-left while each verb acts out its own meaning — SQUASH squashes, STRETCH stretches, OVERSHOOT overshoots, BLUR blurs, LOOP loops — on hard cuts between orange, cream and black, ending on an electric-blue name card.

Style guide your agent follows

Keep the "I CAN" header fixed top-left in every scene; only the verb and the background change.
Pick verbs that can act out their meaning and animate exactly that (squash, stretch, overshoot, blur, loop, spin, split, bounce).
Rotate backgrounds orange #ff5a1f → cream #efeae0 → black #111 on each cut; the verb is black on light, orange on black.
Use Archivo's width axis so each verb fills ~85% of the frame width; transform scale for the gag, not font size.
Set initial distorted states with gsap.set, not CSS transforms.
